Our team of bullet fast soapbox racers were fearlessly driven by Sheldon and Adam to 1st and 5th overall in a strong field of over 80 cars in the annual Okotoks Soapbox Derby on June 4.
After excellent finishes in previous years, Sheldon led the 2011 field closely followed by his brother Adam piloting our second entry to 5th. Our team truly owned the podium and both cars were again expertly engineered by Race Dad Rod.
We are very proud of our fearless drivers, who proved themselves to be talented racers, great sportsmen and awesome young gentlemen.
If this keeps up, we may have to start saving for a stable of Indy cars for the 500 in 2019!
