We are delighted to have Cait Lottis on the team as our resident Interior Designer. Cait holds a Bachelor of Interior Design degree from Mount Royal University and is responsible for our new division, Simply Design.

Cait works with our clients in designing new or renovated home interiors, Kitchen & Bath spaces, countertops, millwork, paint & window treatments and furniture placement. Cait's professional training, product knowledge and artistic flair provides our clients with the expertise necessary to thoughtfully integrate premium products into unique and vibrant interior design. 

Cait first joined us some years ago as a summer sales associate, where she acquired expertise in all types of quality flooring in the showroom, and at various project sites where she even proved to be a talented installer. Cait later returned to complete her university practicum with us, preparing detailed drawings, plans, quotes, and assisting clients with material selections for residential and light commercial projects.

In addition to acquiring a high level of practical knowledge and expertise with Simply Floors, Cait also demonstrated her academic abilities by making the MRU Dean's List every year of her BID program, plus earning the Benjamin Moore Scholarship and Cardel Homes Residential Design Scholarship for her fabulous design portfolio while at MRU.
